1. Cancellation Policy

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery, and we will refund the full amount of your money. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. If the package has already been shipped, there is no need to worry: you can return it to us after you receive it, based on our 30-day return guarantee.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

All Relic Pieces purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order. After 30 days, the item is considered a final sale, and we will no longer accept returns.

Return Eligibility & Condition
To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition:

  1. Products must be returned in a resalable, unwashed, and unused condition (free of any stains, odors, or pet hair).
  2. For any lighting pieces, electrical cables must be intact (not cut, stripped, or modified).
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all its labels and protective materials.
    Non-returnable items: Products damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

    To request a return, please email our Client Care team at contact@relicpieces.com with your order number. To help us process your request quickly, we kindly ask you to attach clear photos or videos of the product and its original packaging from various angles.

    Our team will carefully review your request and respond with further instructions within 3 business days.

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that Relic Pieces cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged while in transit to our facility.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Relic Pieces covers the return shipping costs for all defective or incorrect products.

All other returns (buyer’s remorse, orders canceled after they have been shipped, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.) are shipped back to Relic Pieces at the customer’s expense.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse. Once scanned and confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method in about 14 days (the actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
