The total time from when you place your order to when you receive it consists of processing time and transit time:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  We are pleased to offer complimentary door-to-door standard shipping. To maintain our accessible pricing and reduce our carbon footprint, your carefully crafted order will travel via ocean freight. You can generally expect your pieces to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks from the moment your order is placed, with absolutely no hidden fees. Please understand that occasionally, this mindful journey may experience slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or severe weather.
• Expedited Shipping (1–3 Weeks)
  For those who need their pieces sooner, we offer premium expedited air freight. This accelerated service brings your order to your door in just 1 to 3 weeks. Specific upgraded shipping costs will be calculated seamlessly at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs, VAT & Customs Duties

• Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our supported delivery zones.
• Customs Transparency (DDP): To provide a smooth and transparent experience, all shipments to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means we take full responsibility for any customs clearance processes and cover all associated import duties or taxes.

5. Order Modifications & Unexpected Events

We understand that sometimes plans change or unforeseen situations occur. Here is how we handle them:

• Address Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our Client Care team at contact@relicpieces.com as soon as possible. We can easily update your details as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect it.
• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. If the package is already in transit, simply wait for it to arrive and initiate a return following our 30-Day Return Policy.
• Lost or Missing Packages: While rare, if your tracking link shows no updates for an extended period or if the carrier declares the package lost, we will launch an official investigation. If the loss is confirmed, we will take full responsibility and either ship a replacement fixture at our expense or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
• Customs Inspections: Occasionally, cross-border packages may be subject to random customs checks, which can extend the transit time. If customs authorities unexpectedly block or return a package, Relic Pieces will handle the situation and reship a new product to you at no additional cost.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor the journey of your lighting fixture in real-time until it reaches your door.
