1. Origin of Shipments

At Relic Pieces, our priority is to deliver exceptional lighting fixtures to you in the best conditions. To optimize our fulfillment and ensure maximum product availability, we utilize a flexible logistics network. Depending on inventory levels at the time of your purchase, your order will be shipped either from our central European logistics facility in Germany or directly from our manufacturing warehouses in Asia.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following markets: The United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, the Netherlands, Poland, and Denmark.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

The total time from when you place your order to when you receive it consists of processing time and transit time:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 AM (Midnight) CET/CEST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days. During this time, your order is verified, the lighting fixtures undergo strict quality control, and packages are securely prepared for transit.
  • Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect to receive your order within 10 to 19 business days.

4. Shipping Costs, VAT & Customs Duties

  • Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our supported delivery zones.
  • Customs Transparency (DDP): For a seamless shopping experience, all prices displayed on our store are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT) and customs duties. You will not face any hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.

5. Order Modifications & Unexpected Events

We understand that sometimes plans change or unforeseen situations occur. Here is how we handle them:

  • Address Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our Client Care team at contact@relicpieces.com as soon as possible. We can easily update your details as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect it.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. If the package is already in transit, simply wait for it to arrive and initiate a return following our 30-Day Return Policy.
  • Lost or Missing Packages: While rare, if your tracking link shows no updates for an extended period or if the carrier declares the package lost, we will launch an official investigation. If the loss is confirmed, we will take full responsibility and either ship a replacement fixture at our expense or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
  • Customs Inspections: Occasionally, cross-border packages may be subject to random customs checks, which can extend the transit time. If customs authorities unexpectedly block or return a package, Relic Pieces will handle the situation and reship a new product to you at no additional cost.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor the journey of your lighting fixture in real-time until it reaches your door.
